effective customer satisfaction along with staffing issues. In this report, there will be presently
discussion of the impact of organizational culture, power and politics on the behaviours and
effective of employees and performance of company. Further, there will be the evaluation of
content and process theories of motivation on the staff performance of Ryanair to have positive
impact. The company is planning top have the change in the corporate structure so, the report
will be having the discussion on adoption of various leadership styles and the staff involvement
via effective team communication.
