INTRODUCTION Organizational behaviours is the study related to both group and the performance of an individual along with the activity prevailing in the business organization. The countries in facing the recent issues of the having the effective customer satisfaction along with staffing issues. In this report, there will be presently discussion of the impact of organizational culture, power and politics on the behaviours and effective of employees and performance of company. Further, there will be the evaluation of content and process theories of motivation on the staff performance of Ryanair to have positive impact. The company is planning top have the change in the corporate structure so, the report will be having the discussion on adoption of various leadership styles and the staff involvement via effective team communication. typology. This model is being treated as the set benchmark that the organization should be concerned. As per the Handy cultural typology there are four different types of culture that are - Power Culture In this type of culture significant propel have the power in company to have benefit for the positional power. They are the people who have authority of decision-making along with been the privileged members of company (Zhang And et.al., 2015). These authorities are having the responsibility to have the delegation of authority to different business designation. On the other hand the employee don't have the liberty to properly express the views. Task Culture- this types of culture is having the base on team performance. Teams are formed in company for achieving the goals and objectives in order to have the solution of critical issues. Thiscultureinfluencestheemployeestohavetheequallevelofcontributionforthe accomplishment of task in more innovative manner. Role Culture- this culture have the delegation of authority according to different roles in company. The roles are having the basis of educational qualification, specification of employees for enjoying the opportunities to do best according to their selection and creativity for accepting the challenges. Person Culture.- this culture pays more emphasis on the importance of employees in particular organization. In these types of culture, the employee are having more consideration regarding their individual profits as comparative to organizational benefit. As to address the various issue of the staffing and the customer dissatisfaction the company can have the application of the task culture of theta the employee can develop a creative and innovate solution for the critical issues. The next is about the understanding of the different types of the power that prevails in the organization and help in influencing the different decision-making. According to the French and Raven, the power has been divided into five types that are- Coercive power- it's the power in which someone is asked to perform the level of work against their will with the use of dictatorial and bullies. The threat or coercive to accomplish the goals can be resultant to physical harm.
