Source evaluation is a technique of analysing the source from which an information is
procured. A scholarly article is used to evaluate these sources. The article which is selected has

added, passion of young millennials who are willing to change workplace environment and make
efforts for their bright future. By these efforts of employees, employer and management of a
company has to re consider factors like CSR, sustainability and more. By this research, it has
identified that by changing the workplace environment, work force is resultant to me three times
more productive. As millennials are thinkers, they assess the situation of a company and work
with full enthusiasm when they find out that their employer is fulfilling their social
responsibilities. It is considered that a strong team requires strong ethics due to which it is
important to empower millennials by these ethics. A common vision can help employees to work
with true motivation. It is usual to expect return by shareholders, but this expectation is not for
viable when it comes to employees as they go office regularly out their efforts but cannot ask for
any return due to which they has motivate them with a small percentage of development.

chances that machines will outperform humans in every task in around next 50 years. From the
current situation of the world, it can be said that machines will overtake the world. PwC and
OECD are organisations usually involved in auditing and consulting services suggested that
sectors which are in the benefit from artificial intelligence also has the highest risk to
automation. These sectors includes education, IT and more. These sectors are considered to be

most effective and functions of these sectors which are said to be in risk are finance, retail,
manufacturing and more. Artificial intelligence has the ability to provide job opportunities but
also has ability to destroy all those opportunities
