Furthermore,assignment is also throwing lights on various legal solutions which is adopted by corporatecompanies while running business entity. Generally, English legal system is divided into two different parts: civiland criminal law. Both of them are distinct from each other in several aspects explanation ofthese are given below:-Civil law:- under the civil laws day to day or any other private issues are resolved in thisdepartment. For instance, issues related with corporate companies and many more.Criminal law:- On the other hand, criminal acts involves exploitations, harassment orany other immortal activities. All these problems are present in juridical court (Law,2016) .Thus, from above it has been understood that these both laws are different from eachother but in some situations it is same because their major objective is to reduce frauds frommarket area by implementing several norms, laws and legislations.
