 Technology plays a great role in transforming the retail industry. It is through the use of
technology that the customers tends to buy their products from the online shopping sites.
It is through the use of technology, that the customers can buy products by simply staying
at home. A product can be brought by the customer through the use of a single click. On
the other hand, technology has made the availability of varied amount of products in front
of the customers. On the other hand, there are only a limited amount of products in the
retail industries. It is through the availability of the varied number of products, the
customers can compare the best product and buy accordingly.
 It is through the use of the technology that the retail industries have changed. People have
shifted their interest towards the online shopping industry. The method of shopping
products online was first initiated by Amazon in the year 1995. The company Ebay was
established there after. The sales of the Amazon has contributed to the global economy
of the United States.
 The use of the technology has shifted the interest of the customers from purchasing
products from the retail industries to that of the online shopping. It has lead to the huge
rise in the sales. Studies that have been done in this field claims that the total amount of
the sales which is being constituted from the USA is about total sales of the entire of the
U.S in the year 2018. Studies claims that the about sixty nine percent of the total
population of the United Arabs have conducted online shopping for even once.Twenty
five of the total population of the Us as and the united states of Arab have purchased
something or the other form the online networking sites. The people belonging belonging
to the region of Korean tends to buy groceries rather than going to the shops directly.
