In my opinion, I think that inclusion refers to the condition or the state of the being
and not to any kind of physical space. The conditions should be provided to a child having
the special needs that can help in the area of the effective learning. Providing the physical
state to a person cannot help him in assimilation with the mainstream in the society. The
students should be allowed to participate in a meaningful manner in the society that can help
a children with the special needs in flourishing in the society. The children with the special
needs should be provided with the right kind of the environment that can greatly benefit an
individual. The children should feel the sense of the belonging that can make the students feel
secure and facilitate the aspect of their learning.

There are various elements that can help in the inclusion of the children having the
special needs. I think that the instructional approaches should be used in the adequate manner
that can prove to be a crucial element in relation to the inclusion. The teachers should be
comfortable about using various kinds of the instructional approaches that can greatly help
the students having the special needs. The constructivist model of the instruction can prove to
be of great help in accommodation of the students within the classroom. The co-operative
learning model can also be used in the inclusive classroom that can help the children in
thriving within the settings. The cross-age peer tutoring format can also prove to be effective
within the boundaries of the inclusive classrooms.

should be visionary leadership in the schools that can help in serving the purpose of the
inclusive education. The leadership in the school should have the vision that can help in

communicated to the school leaders that can greatly benefit the aspect of the inclusive
education. The collaboration of the educators is the second element that can help in meeting

be used as the front-line researchers that can benefit the cause of the inclusive education. The
third element that should be used are the collaborative teaching models that can help the
inclusion program in achieving the success.

Abdallah is suffering from the Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and
an inclusive classroom can help in providing Abdallah with the right kind of climate that can
help in his proper development. Abdallah faces difficulties in paying attention to things and
he acts without indulging himself in thinking. Abdallah have problems in sustaining the
attention during the course of a task or the play. Various kinds of instructional approaches
can be used that can help in teaching Abdallah. The teachers should respect the individual
differences in the children that can be instrumental in creating an inclusive classroom. The
teachers should undertake the professional development activities that can be help in
accommodating Abdallah within the framework of the classroom. The special education
teachers should meet at the regular interval that can help the teachers in the area of the
problem solving.
