INTRODUCTIONYoung people development & support refers to effective methods and services which areprovided to them by an organisation to maintain their overall well being. It consist to provide theseveral accommodation facilities and health services which should be provide to them them forimproving their standards of living (Pinkerton and McCrea, 2018). The present report is based onPrimetime Care Services Limited and it will focus on different cases of young individuals anddiscuss about their actual needs to be fulfil. MAIN BODYCASE 1Engage with and assess young people and their needsAs per given case, JJ is has a history of offending & gang affiliation and he has known toself harm. He has a record of going missing from placement and currently not in education oremployment having limited interpersonal skills. Primetime Care Services Limited is required toestablish special care plan along with providing basic accommodation facilities because JJ hassymptoms of some of mental disorder as he has records of self harm. It is essential to make himlearn to improve interpersonal skills for regular routine work and consult from psychiatrist inorder to render appropriate care services for maintaining his health condition properly. Model applied in practiceIn case of JJ, the Primetime Care Services Limited is required to gain proper informationabout person by involving their family members which is helpful to prepare appropriate careplan. It consist to utilise Framework of Child safeguarding and promoting welfare includingcertain factors like education, health, identity, social presentation and self care skills (Singh Andet. al., 2016).
