Executive summary
The purpose of the following report is to provide an overview about the sports governance code.
Sports Hanlonstan is the federal sports body that have been chosen to conduct the report. The
research work has been done to gather the information about the important perspectives.
Different ways of constructing the sports governance code have been discussed here. The sports
governance code looks after all the issues and challenges within the sports organization. Many
issues have been found within the operations of Sports Hanlonstan. The roles and responsibilities
of the sports agency have been highlighted in the report. Other fields that have been gone

Introduction
In the beginning of the paper, it must be outlined that Sport Hanlonstan is very much
interested in creating a proper sports governance code that will cater to better governance. The
structure of organizing the sports has long been one of the central factors in the sports
governance. This is why it has become very important for Sports Hanlonstan to draft a code
based on their governance. This governance should make sure that the bodies or associations
included in the sports tournaments will act ethically and create an example before all the new
federal sports organizations (Adriaanse & Schofield, 2013).
This type of sports organization already exists in Australia or New Zealand. They have
also been able to cover up the entire scenario with their brilliant governance structure. When it
comes to governing an organization, the governance structure must be very much appropriate
indeed. The governance structure must be influenced by the countries that have progressed a lot
in terms of their sports activities. This is why it would definitely be important to follow the
sports governance structures of England, Australia and New Zealand. The ethical issues should
be considering very highly when the governance code is drafted. Sport England is such a federal
