Sport can be describe as the activities which includes physical task or practices. This is
consider as the great way to stay fit and healthy (Pielke and et.al., 2020). In today’s modern life
sports and physical activities play crucial role and it will lead to have direct impact on individual
health. It is very important for person to take part in physical activities or sports in order to stay
fit. This is helpful in maintain proper body weight and keep person fit. This will lead to have
direct impact on individual day to day practices as well as make person more active. Sports is
important for teaching us big lessons for life and it involve teamwork as well as assist in
developing different skills. There are various benefits and advantages that could be attain by
person through practices sport along with this it assist in accomplishing personal and
professional goals.

Sport will lead to various benefits for individual as it helps in making person more fit and
health. Well structured, organized as well as on going physical activities is able to provide more
benefits to children and adolescent. Sports and physical activities play very important part in
individual life and it assist in enhancing capabilities or skills of a person (Graupensperger and
et.al., 2020). There are various positive experience which sports and active lifestyle brings and it
play significant role in young individual life. For an individual sport is very crucial as it lead to
provide various benefits and advantages that is essential for health and fit lifestyle. Individual is
able to attain success and growth in their life by practices sports and physical activities. The
major benefits that could be attain by person through physical activities. It has been determined
that many athletes do better in academics because of more participation in sports practices.
Individual who is playing a sport required more time and energy. There are many people who
think the it will distract student athletes form academic studies or their school work. This is not
correct as there are many individual who perform better in academic through proper participation
