Organizational behaviour is the activity that used for study of human behaviour and
interaction between employees and employer which can help to operate a business regularly. In
other words, organizational behaviour is the research about how people interact within groups

Company History- Sports Direct International is a company which deals in providing of
the different types of products related with Sport Items to the customers according to their needs
and requirements in quite a proper and appropriate manner. It has been able to attract the
different types of customers towards it so that the attainment of goals and objectives can be done.
The company has created a substantial base for itself in the market which has allowed it to
enhance the profitability in a right way.
Vision- Sports Direct International has a vision of making a high-level of progress in
market so that company can appropriately take the right actions quite effectively and efficiently
in a right manner.
Mission- Sports Direct International aspires to be a leading brand in the market which
can be done through offering the customers a range of brands (Khaola and Rambe, 2020).
Achievements- Sports Direct International is a company which can ensure that the
customers can be targeted in quite an appropriate manner effectively and efficiently. Therefore, it
can be stated that this company is required to make sure that it can manage out its needs and
requirements so that it is able to attain its goals and objectives in quite a better manner (Maio and
et.al., 2020).

which will therefore be quite helpful for it in ensuring that it can identify the way in which it can
