INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is the activity that used for study of human behaviour and
interaction between employees and employer which can help to operate a business regularly. In
other words, organizational behaviour is the research about how people interact within groups

report is based on Sports Direct that is Sports retailer in UK, provides range of sport wear to
people (Profile of Sports Direct. 2021). The behaviour of organization is attractive where people
feels good and comfortable to work. The report covers profile from retail sector in the UK.
Profile of Sports Direct International-
Company History- Sports Direct International is a company which deals in providing of
the different types of products related with Sport Items to the customers according to their needs
and requirements in quite a proper and appropriate manner. It has been able to attract the
different types of customers towards it so that the attainment of goals and objectives can be done.
The company has created a substantial base for itself in the market which has allowed it to
enhance the profitability in a right way.
Vision- Sports Direct International has a vision of making a high-level of progress in
market so that company can appropriately take the right actions quite effectively and efficiently
in a right manner.
Mission- Sports Direct International aspires to be a leading brand in the market which
can be done through offering the customers a range of brands (Khaola and Rambe, 2020).
Achievements- Sports Direct International is a company which can ensure that the
customers can be targeted in quite an appropriate manner effectively and efficiently. Therefore, it
can be stated that this company is required to make sure that it can manage out its needs and
requirements so that it is able to attain its goals and objectives in quite a better manner (Maio and
et.al., 2020).
Sports Direct International has managed to maintain a decent market share in the market
which will therefore be quite helpful for it in ensuring that it can identify the way in which it can
attain its goals and objectives in a better manner. The company has therefore made sure that it
can appropriately take the right steps which will thus help it in the attainment of success quite

footwear and others. This was founded in 1982 for the purpose of providing range of products. It
has more than 968 stores. The main competitor of organization are Big 5 sporting goods,
Uniform express, Foot locker, and others (Profile of Sports Direct. 2021).
Technology used by Sports Direct – As environment is changing day by day where it
became challenging situation for chosen brand to sale its products and services. To cope up with
this situation management introduce the new technology where people can shop via online
method and products are delivered at home directly. Moreover, chatbot service is also provided
by management which helps to resolve customer query and suggest them best option to buy. This
can help to increase the organizational sales and productivity effectively.
Pricing strategy – Price is essential factor as it influences the number of people and make
buying decisions at the any workplace. Sports Direct is retail based organization that sales its
products on retail or lower cost which attracts the customers and supports to increase the
organizational sales (Pramesty, Sudja, and Yuesti, 2020).
The company has to thus make sure that it can identify the particular way in which it can
appropriately take the necessary actions and thus help in attaining more profitability level. In this
way it will be able to make sure that it can identify the particular way in which the different
types of strategic actions can be taken in the future. Thus, the achievements of the company have
been quite high for the particular purpose of managing to create a particular place for itself in the
market among the various types of customers. Thus, In this way the company can make sure that

2019). Therefore, it can be stated that the achievements of the company have been quite high.
