Issue
Prevention of the growth regarding the traditional football management of the sport in
the environment of the Iran. The main issue regarding the management of the professional
football team by the managers associated with the football team of Iran. This is depicted as
the main issue regarding the backwardness of the football in the country of Iran. Therefore,
the case study deals with the research of the contemporary issues related to the management
of the Iran’s National football team. It is also identified that sometimes the facilities that are
provided to the players of the team as well as clubs are gained by the managers itself for their
advantages. Moreover, the weaknesses in the management of the clubs results in the
backwardness of the National team of Iran. Thus to eradicate the issue the contemporary
modern methodologies are provided or applied in the environment of the management of the
football clubs in the country.
The issue that is mainly faced by the National Football team of Iran is the
incompetency of the management of the different clubs associated with the various football
clubs of the country of Iran. This is to be incorporated by the management of the clubs that
the proper organization of the clubs as well as of the footballers associated with them to be
provided with proper facilities so that they can be fit to appear for the national football team.
The management of the associated clubs and of the team should effectively provide these
facilities so that the players as well as the sports could be enhanced and set an effective
position in teh global perspective.
Actions taken
Marketing of the sport is taken as the most significant step adhered for the
advancement of the Iran’s football management team. This step is taken in accordance to the
firm that the football will gain a potential advancement in the country for the growth of the
