AI Summary
This report examines the crucial role of the Lumbo Pelvic Hip Complex in sports performance. It explores how the complex, encompassing the spine, pelvis, and hip, contributes to athlete's stability and efficient movement. The report highlights the importance of strong core muscles, particularly the gluteus medius and maximus, in providing stability and power. It further discusses how the complex facilitates the transmission of forces, enhancing an athlete's ability to perform. The report also acknowledges the negative impact of a weak Lumbo Pelvic Hip Complex, which can reduce the athlete's efficiency and increase the risk of injury. The report includes references that support the claims made about the subject.

Lumbo Pelvic Hip Complex consists of musculoskeletal structures which helps in stabilising
the spine and pelvis along with facilitating the movements of the distal limbs. Muscles play
an important role in stabilising the pelvis through gluteus medius, gluteus maximus,
performis and deep core muscles.
The strong Lumbo Pelvic Complex carries a significant role for a sportsman as it provides
with the enhancement of running and stressing on the hips which is a vital part of the body.
For a sportsman staying fit is an essential requirement and a strong Lumbo Pelvic Complex
enhances his capability to execute each task or activity (Bıyıklı, 2018). As it includes the
three main parts of body spine, pelvis and hip which helps a human to stand straight. A
straight body is a gift to a sportsman as the complex helps in transmitting he forces from
lower to upper body which are generated. This provides the sportsman with an additional
benefit of staying strong and fit. The extension in the hip is caused by gluteus maximus
which contracts and external rotation provides a dynamic stability for sacroiliac joint in the
time of movement.
A weak Lumbo Pelvic Complex reduces the capability of a sportsman to function adequately
and efficiently. As a weak Lumbo Pelvic Complex impacts the entire boy of the person and
thus any movement carries low energy and low accuracy (Vadutov, Bykov & Kolomiets,
2018). The body do not have the capability of giving an exertion or pressure because of
which a sportsman capability to function efficiently reduces through a weak Lumbo Pelvic
Complex.
