This document presents an analysis of the correlation between mindfulness and the likelihood of hiring a young candidate based on gender. The analysis includes crosstabulation and correlation tables. The results indicate that there is no significant relation between mindfulness and the likelihood of hiring a younger person.

TASK 3 H0- there is not any significant relation between mindfulness on likelihood of hiring young candidate H1- there is significant relation between mindfulness on likelihood of hiring young candidate Based on the applicant's profile, would you offer the job to this person? * What is your gender? Crosstabulation Count What is your gender?Total MaleFemale Based on the applicant's profile, would you offer the job to this person? The single male is there who reflects that the there are likely to hire a young candidate depending on their gender. In addition to this there are 12 females who say that they will likely to hire the younger candidate. Correlations

In addition to this this with the correlation table it is clearly visible that mindfulness does not related with the likelihood of hiring the younger candidate. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that the correlation among these two are negative. On the other side the gender and the likelihood of the younger candidate hiring is 0.099 which is low. In addition to this the significance level of both the variable is 0.493 and 0.287 which is higher than the significance value that is 0.05. hence, this reflects that the null hypothesis is being checked and there is not significant relation among the two variables. The pattern of the two variable is not similar as the mindfulness does not have any relation with the likelihood of hiring a younger person.
