This study focuses on identifying and evaluating safety management in the construction industry to reduce health and safety risks. It employs a qualitative research approach and reviews secondary sources to gain a better understanding of the topic. The research concludes that the high level of accidents and injuries in the construction industry is due to factors such as lack of safety in design, poor construction planning, worker behavior, inadequate safety training, and lack of knowledge of site rules. Efficient health and safety measures in construction sites not only ensure productivity and happiness among employees but also reduce costs and unnecessary lawsuits.
