the interview basis. College will be conducting interview in two stages in which stage one will
involve selection of candidates on intellectual test and stage two will involve require candidate to
perform given specific task. Candidate who qualifies both the level of interview will be selected.
Candidates who are selected will be provided training. Receptionist will be provided training of 10

days to deal with students and their parents. Student service officer will be provided training of 5
days for teaching the procedure of work to be done. Trainers will be provided with training of 1
month for enhancing their teaching skills and knowledge about the subject. Training will enhance
the manner of interaction with students and parents and delivering best experience and knowledge

College will be advertising for the position for which the recruitments are to be made.
Advertisement will specify clear details over the skills, knowledge and education required for
appearing for the interview. The advertisement will be made in the name of college as appropriate
candidate may not appear if advertisement is made in other name. Name of college will attract the
