INTRODUCTIONOrganizational communication is important to run day to day activity in anyorganization. It is a exchange of any information within an organization , employees andmanagers exchange there thought, ideas and information related to business. This report will cover challenges and barriersof communication and how to overcome from this all communication barrios, also coverawareness of cultural influence during communication and negotiation. MAIN BODY Common challenges and barriers to effective communicationNew employees in Mr Fishy company are facing problem because of lack of propertraining. proper training about how to behave with customers and how to communicatewith them language problem is common barrier which is mainly faced by employees In company some worker do not pay attention when superiors give information , this can createproblems for both.Gender difference create problems for employees because they can be nervous tocommunicate with female.it is important for workers to get feedback from customer , feedback motivate them towork more better but it is challenge for employees to get feedback from customers.Sometimes employees do not get correct information it can be barrios for them if theydon't ask for complete information noise can be barrier for employees to listen provided information and this impact on theirwork.Employees forget provided information employees fear to talk with their superiors complex structure of an organization is barrier for both employees and managers gossiper are barrier because some employees talk other then organization. That is challenge for employees to impress customers by their effective communication New employees have problem during eye contact with customer it is affecting oncommunication 1
