The organization being investigated for this research is Marks & Spencer, a leading retailer headquartered in the UK. The research aims to develop ways an organization can use employee motivation programs to retain talent and motivate employees. In this way it can be said that with the help of such employee motivation, an appropriate focus on the achievement of corporate goals can be achieved. Employee motivation programs can improve employee loyalty, as employee morale can be improved if motivational programs are added in the company that lead to employee management. On the other hand, it is investigated that when employees are motivated within an organization, the will tries hard to achieve the company's goals. In order to improve the company's chances of succession, employee motivation programs must also be introduced by the company so that the company's functionality can be maintained (Bradler and et. al., 2016). Similarly, employee motivation programs can be used for business skills development as they are useful for the success of the company and also measure different dimensions. Finally, the main need in employing staff motivation programs is to improve employee engagement because when employees are motivated, they can work with broader skills and commitment to achieve the goals. Research strategy- The research strategy defines the overall plan for conducting research that will help plan, organize, and monitor the research methods and strategies that will be used in the organization. It defines step by step the action plan, which gives the direction of the research process through systematic research. This involves qualitative and quantitative strategy where qualitative strategy can be used for knowing people opinions. Research sampling-The term sample refers to a collection of people, objects from the large population that are taken for measurement. The sample represents the population that generated the results of the research. It contains the essentials of sample units, points and observations.Sampling is also a part of the research design, it is divided into two parts, the probability and non-probability sample. The present report is being prepared through the primary as well as secondary research and on the basis of probability as well as non-probability technique because this way of analysing the result is the most prominent and feasible aspect for the data. On the other hand the present report involves a sample collection of 30 respondents. ACTIVITIES AND TIMESCALE Time scale-The timescale is important to any project or task as it indicates the chronological order of the events scheduled for a particular task.
