This research analyse the influence of staff motivation strategies on organizational productivity and performance. This study is conducted on IKEA in which concept of staff motivation and the barriers of company can face is being identified. With the help of this research IKEA leaders and managers can have an access of potential staff motivation strategies through which they can enhance the productivity and performance. In order to conduct present research objectives investigator will undertake use of survey in order draw valid conclusion. Methodology & Tools In present research investigator undertake use of research onion framework in which with help of positivism research philosophy and use of quantitative nature of research method will collect appropriate data and information. Furthermore use of primary and secondary source of data collection will be undertaken in order to draw valid conclusion. In context with primary research investigator will collect authentic and fast and data directly from respondents with a questionnaire can further present them with the help of frequency table and pie chart. While on the other hand in contacts with secondary research investigator will analyse viewpoint of various authors, books generals and literature view to fulfill research objectives effectively. In this researcher will also take use of random sampling size method in which sample size of 50 participants will be selected from employees of company. Sampling Approach 6

In this with the help of random sampling method 50 respondents will be selected those who will be employees of IKEA (Kim and Jang, 2020). The main justification behind taking advantage of employees as responded is to collect data in effective manner and provide equal chances to all the participants. In this their responses will be present with the help of questionnaire. Ethical Considerations Ethics play important role for any research in order to conduct present research to overcome any ethical issue researcher will emphasise upon implementing the use of BERA codes of ethics. Along with this researcher will comply with the Data Protection Act in order to maintain privacy and authenticity of data .
