INTRODUCTION
Motivation plays important role for any organization irrespective of its size and scope. Present
report is conducted on IKEA which is operating its roles and responsibilities and provide high
quality products and services to consume (Ali and Anwar, 2021). This report analyse the
influence of staff motivation strategy on organizational productivity and performance.
Background of research
Motivation plays important role for all organizations irrespective of their size and scope.
This research analyse the influence of staff motivation strategies on organizational productivity
and performance. This study is conducted on IKEA in which concept of staff motivation and the
barriers of company can face is being identified. With the help of this research IKEA leaders and
managers can have an access of potential staff motivation strategies through which they can
enhance the productivity and performance.
