The assignment presents a case study of Staff Turnover at United Finance Company SAOG, a financial organization in Oman. The company is facing issues related to minimum salary increment, lack of payment of bonus for two years, less growth and promotion opportunities, unhealthy management-staff relationship, low employee engagement, gaps in competency and formally addressed plans, no incentives, and unclear career growth plans. Fishbone theory is used to analyze the problem from a root level perspective. The Soft System Methodology approach is proposed to address these issues by enhancing management involvement, improving communication, and creating a positive work environment.
