In the business of tourism industry the organisation have to go through and follow some steps if
they want to get success in business. The level of complexity in travel and tourism industry is very
high and there is a high level of competition that runs constantly at global level. There are some
stages which help Philippine tourism industry in sustainability tourism.
Step 1: Identified major areas - The government Philippines is required to identified those major
areas places or destination in which country can develop sustainability. The efforts of all
stakeholders are also required to give the best possible outcomes to tourism industry. If the
government has find those destinations then it will be easy for them to implement the plan.

has to find out key people or parties who are involved in sustainable tourism development. By
doing this new ideas will come from various people and corrective actions can also be taken to
improve the quality of services.
Step 3: How the area can be made special – The government of Philippines tourism industry can
use some approaches to made some destination special for families, friends, couples etc. It is main
duty of government to provide the best infrastructure facilities to tourists so that they can share
their experience with other also.
Step 4: It is concerned with the issue which are faced by the individuals – The resources which are
used by the tourism industry that does not effect the individual life. The resources must be used in
a efficient manner so that results also be good.
Step 5: The issues and problem can be evaluated – In last, the government have to evaluate those
issues which are facing by the tourists, local people or any one else and take appropriate actions to
resolve the issues.
