EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThe present research report offers the analysis of stakeholders of Snap Inc. There aredifferent vital stakeholders for any firm such as customers, suppliers, owners, competitors,government, employees, media, political groups and trade unions. The report finds that allthese stakeholders have a major influence on the operations and working of theorganizational functions. Thus, it becomes significant to analyse these stakeholders.Furthermore, it was analysed in the report, that each and every stakeholder has differentobjectives such as the main objective of the owner is to improve the operations of the firm allthroughout the world, purpose of the workers is to develop new innovative products andservices as well as to improve the quality of the existing products in the market place.Similarly, the main aim of the firm is to deal with the competitors effectively by focusingtowards improvement in the technology of their products and services. In contrast, the mainobjective of the firm is to become a leading social media firm and for this they are enhancingtheir advertising features to reach maximum people. Recommendations were also discussedin regards with generic strategic program for each stakeholder. The report investigates thatthe organization model supports in determining the key stakeholders of the Snap Inc.

INTRODUCTION Throwing light in relation with the stakeholders, they are generally being regardedas the group or individual who might influence with the strategic objectives or aim of thefirms. As per Freeman, there are different vital stakeholders for any firm such as customers,suppliers, owners, competitors, government, employees, media, political groups and tradeunions (Freeman, 2010). All these stakeholders have a major influence on the operations andworking of the organizational functions. Thus, it becomes significant to analyse thesestakeholders. Pertaining to this, the main purpose of the current report is to evaluate the keystakeholders for Snap Inc. Company. It is an American multinational company which isengaged in technology and social media. Snap Inc. was founded in the year 2011 by EvanSpiegel and Bobby Murphy (Snap Inc., 2017). The report will also suggest specific strategyprograms for each stakeholder of the company. Further, the organizational model will be usedfor analysing the key stakeholders of the firm and accordingly classification of group will beperformed. Generic strategy for each of the stakeholder will also be evaluated in the presentresearch report.
