INTRODUCTION
 Interview means the process which has been designed over attaining
information through oral responses from person. The current presentation
relates to perspectives regarding negotiation and process involved within it.
According to the given scenario the agenda over negotiation has been defined.
Further, it discuss about steps and question which is required to be used in
order to get negotiation done more effectively. The presentation also covers
about final negotiation argument for justifying the agreement taken place.

MAIN BODY
Negotiation Agenda: As per the scenario it has been identified that there are three are
two parties which are , Kojo Furoa’s Chief Operating Officer and stake holders. They
are required to discuss upon decisions that is “Kojo Furoa’s Chief Operating Officer
(COO) on the corporation’s European HQ is severely thinking about plans to reduce
charges via way of means of closing the predominant UK plant, so one can offshore
production in any other country”.

NEGOTIATION TO BE PERFORMED
Negotiation is an important perspective that helps over solving
problems in order to make sure that both parties are able to reach
over common point of discussion. This method is first part of dispute
solving mechanism which has been used in order to make parties
come to common point of discussion allowing problems solved
more effectively.

Steps for negotiation
 Stage 1 – In this stage aspects related to topic discussion is analyzed and then
partied decide over particular aspect. It is important as it makes parties identify
problem and reason for disagreement. As per the scenario it can be marked out
that common point of discussion is based upon cost cutting due to closure of t
the corporation’s European headquarters.
 Stage 2 – The second stage is based over various kinds of important aspects
which is related to the topic of discussion. As per the scenario various kinds of
aspects like profit and revenue ration with employees needs is required to be
discussed.

Final Argument
• In order to end the negotiation the best solutions is that wages of employees are
increased and provide innovation within business expansion process which
makes stakeholders attain trust within organizations cost cutting plan and helps
employees attain job satisfaction from it.

CONCLUSION
This presentation is primarily based totally upon as thing this is associated
over bringing negotiation inside parties. As according to the time table of
negotiation meeting is needed to be performed which makes Kojo Furoa and
its personnel with stakeholders locate answer over the value reducing and last
of UK plant.
