MAIN BODY Negotiation Agenda:As per the scenario it has been identified that there are three are two parties which are , Kojo Furoa’s Chief Operating Officer and stake holders. They are required to discuss upon decisions that is “Kojo Furoa’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) on the corporation’s European HQ is severely thinking about plans to reduce charges via way of means of closing the predominant UK plant, so one can offshore production in any other country”.
