Any firm which wants to ensure success in the long run would be required to
undertake key initiatives to retain them
The firm chosen for the first part of the assessment can be taken to be the
Facebook (Barr 2019).
The presentation will highlight the different stakeholders crucial for the
operations of the firm and this will then be followed by the analysis of the manner
in which the firm can manage these operations.

The Swing Stakeholder in this case can be stated to be the Facebook users
The Facebook users are the main backbone of the business and the following
strategic options can be applied for them:
Change in the features of the networking website
Change in privacy settings (Błachnio et al. 2016).
Improving overall browsing experience.

RECOMMENDATIONS
After the analysis of the various strategic options, it can
be rightfully mentioned that the right kind of strategy
which can be adopted for the firm can be taken to be as
follows:
Changing the various features of the Facebook which
would assist in ensuring that the overall design of the
websites can be useful in attracting the new users
(Cuppen 2016).

STRATEGIC OPTIONS
The defensive stakeholders have been taken to be the Advertisers.
In regard to this, to defend the position of the firm, the different strategic options
which are available for the firm are as follows:
Changing the visibility of the advertisements
Strategic plans for subscription
Changing the plan rates

DEFENSIVE STAKEHOLDER:
RECOMMENDATIONS
After assessing the various options which are available for the firm, it can be
mentioned that the correct strategy which can be adopted for the firm can be
stated to be as follows:
Change in the algorithm of the firm. In line of this, it can be stated that, when the
advertisements shall be visible more often, it ensures that the advertisers will be
more willing to invest in the plans (Duggan et al. 2015).
