Anticipation skills refers to the skill that helps to identify and analyse future needs of skill
that help to fill gap between demand and supply. It is very beneficial for organisation that they
have to make decisions for their products and services. It can be done through gathering or
collecting information from outside and inside sources of industry so that organisation can
predict competitors moves and on the basis they take a corrective action. For example, when
organisation use visionary leadership style then they should have anticipation skills so that they
can achieve their goals easily. It is very challenging for organisation to overcome with the
unexpected issues. For that reason organisation find main reason behind the problem, it can be
done only when organisation see every side of that problem that what is the root cause and from
where it occurs and many more (Lee, 2018). Interpretation for other person is not good because
it needs lots of knowledge about that person. It is very necessary that organisation firstly make
hypothesis before making any conclusion. For example, it can be learn from Captain Kathryn
Janeway that organisation should use affiliative leadership style in their workplace so that they
make harmony in environment. Decisions skills depends on the short term and long term
investments. It is necessary for organisation that they should balance between them so that they
can grow their business easily. When organisation take decisions regarding any investments then
they firstly consider some important things such as risks, unintended consequences and trade-
offs for customers. Organisation can take decisions at every level that means they need decision
skill at priority. But it is also necessary for organisation that they take decisions so wisely that
helps to reduce the risk unceratininty.
Align skills are the important skills that refers to adapt changes and realign accordingly to
achieve their goals and targets. For that reason organisation should analyse tolerance capacity of
stakeholders so that organisation take step towards motivating employees for a change. It must
be ensure that all conflicts between stakeholders should be remove so that they can adopt
motivation strategies for changes (Grech, 2017). Learning skills is one of the most important
skill for organisations' manager and important person so that they can easily explain the topics or
concept that they want to communicate. Learning skills can be done effectively is the manager
and leader of organisation communicate their personal success and failure story that helps to
motivate them and encourage them towards that work. It really work very well because
employees get not much influence by other learning programs and this institutional learning
