INTRODUCTION
Business is the commercial activity which is being done with the aim of making money
and having long term sustainability in the marketplace. This is consist various legal structure
in the organising business. Although it requires a capital to invest and employees to manages
the structure in an effective manner. As it is the activity which is done with the aim of earning
profit (Beg, and et., al., 2019). It consist of varied departments that is being allotted as per the
profession and education of the workers. In this assignment, a new venture is going to establish
which is named as Foodies station where the varied kinds of taste are accessible for the
customers. It is multi cousin restaurant a perfect place for having a romantic dinner with
peaceful surroundings. This report will cover the internal and external analysis of the new
venture. Further it will cover the overview of the business and porter five forces and porters
generic model. In last it will explain the STP analysis on the basis of introduce business in the
market with the help of marketing principles.
MAIN BODY
Summary of business proposal :-
This project is depends on the new venture which is foodie station multi cousin restaurant,
it is the creative and new concept that is going to be introduced in market. The director take
assurity of using the modern and impressive technology so that the business idea can be in the
mind of the users and customers (Frank,., and et., al., 2020). They will serve broad and new
technology so that they can serve better good services and variety of the foods in different
tastes. They will work at wide range and offers the services in order to satisfy the needs of the
users although their aim is to have a good brand value in the market or serves the good quality
food with the memorable taste. Their attraction points are the interior of the place and location
that is near by the water fall.
Capability and skills required for the establishing business :-
The manager of the foodies station should have the creative ability so that they can offer
the beautiful and unique ambience to the users by which they get attract towards the place
and food. They should create some unique dish that is only available at the restaurant only
that is known as special product that is try by every visitor. They must hire skilled and educated
employees that have a knowledge of serving services in an appropriate manner.
