Solutions/tackle
The event was mainly organized for getting a proper solution to the problem that arises on the
real estate business on the banking sector. Graeme Ross of the Commonwealth bank was
responsible for managing a good relationship with the government and major corporate clients
and also with the institutional sectors. The Bank provided transactional and working capital
banking products, debt financing and risk management solutions (Eraker, Dougherty, Smith, and
Eraker, 2015). Along with this the divisions also provided innovative technology, rich analytics
and deep commitment to the clients so that they maintain a long-lasting relationship with the
bank. He was a researcher having ten years’ experience in the Australian and international real
estate markets and for this, he can control the clients very easily. In case of real estate business
Alex had the expert in research of market property, property economics, rent and yield
forecasting and portfolio allocation and by this strategy, he can tackle the clients easily in case of
real estate business. Tim O'Connor, on the other hand, makes a new strategy of providing the
lease to the commercial real estate assets by helping the owners to optimize financial
performances and creates lasting legacies to the developers of the capital cities. As the head of
office services, he manages the tenant and the landlord team of the bank by providing them every
solution to the problem they face. Scott provides new Fund strategy and business plan which
helps the investor in getting funds for the bank for their business (Cerutti, Dagher, and
Dell'Ariccia, 2015). Scott has six years of experience in various retail projects in many countries
which help him to make a new development strategy that helps the growth of the real estate
business in the market.
Opinion
The event was held on Wednesday on 11 April 2018 from 4.45 pm to 6.30 pm on the
Commonwealth Bank in Sydney. As per my view, the event should be arranged in such a way
that the clients, as well as the students that wanted to take part in the event, can fully understand
the motive of the seminar. The different presenter of the seminar provides an idea about the real
estate business on the State of the market: NSW commercial and by this event, the clients and
student should aware of the importance of the business in the market.
