This report is divided into two parts: a proposal and a team charter. Introduction
This report is diversified in 2 parts, namely proposal and the team charter section.
Hence wise divisions are made. In the proposal section, topic statement is provided.
Literature review is also performed. Proper discussion regarding the research problem is also
stated in the report. Research questions are also provided in this report. A proper conclusion
to the entire proposal is also provided in this report. In the second section, proper description
of the goals is also performed. Team members and their responsibilities are also very well
stated. Expectations that are kept on the meetings are also stated in the report. Steps that are
incurred for the execution of the project in terms of emergency is also provided. Expectations
in between the team members are also provided in this case. Steps that will be incurred for
assuring that the task is getting performed in a proper manner will be considered in this case.

Topic Statement
The topic that is chosen for completion of the project is advantages and disadvantages
of cloud computing in businesses.
Literature Review
According to Rittinghouse & Ransome (2017), the main advantage that will be gained
after the implementation of cloud computing is that money that is invested on the business
making in regular manner will be getting decreased. Gaining a better return of investment is
achieved after the implementation of cloud computing.
Again according to Chou (2015), increase in strategic competitive advantages will be
received. This will be acting as an advantage. With this aspect, scalability of the product is
perfectly analyzed and hence wise more efficient result can be achieved. The speed of the
performance will be getting increased (Hou et al, 2016). With the help of cloud the main
aspect that is considered is that data transaction gets benefitted and hence wise faster
performance can be expected. The applications that are used gets fasten up as there are free
memory present. Security system of the application and system also gets better. Flexibility in
the functional process also gets higher. Even usage of bring your device can be supported in

case of usage of the cloud computing technique. This will again reduce the cost that will be
incurred in the processing of the management of the business management.
According to Chang, Kuo & Ramachandran (2016), despite the advantages that are
received due to the implementation of cloud computation, there are certain issues that are to
be faced by the business organization. The most faced issue is network connection
dependency (Kranz, Hanelt and Kolbe 2016). This issue is due to the fact that in case cloud
computation is implemented, internet connection acts as a backbone of the industry. In case
there is an issue in the connectivity process, the connectivity process gets affected and the
entire business process will be getting hampered. Again security issues will also be acting as
a major threat. Data transaction is performed via the networking system that is present in the
cloud platform. In case the imposters gain access to the data that are present in the cloud
platform in an unauthenticated manner, data breaching might be taking place and hence wise
security section is considered as one of the biggest disadvantage of implementing cloud.
Statement of research problem
Data transaction has been one of the major issue that is faced in today’s business
section. Again there is an excess expenditure due to lack of efficiency in the communication
process. Again gaining access to the data while business management has been acting as a
main issue in today’s business.
Research Question
Research Question 1: What are the advantages received due to the implementation of the
cloud computation in business management?
Research Question 2: What are the major issues that are faced due to the implementation of
cloud computing in business management?
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be stated that there are both advantages and
disadvantages of cloud computing. However, it can be stated that advantages of cloud
computing implementation is much higher than that of the disadvantages and these
disadvantages can be mitigates as well. Hence using cloud computing acts important in the
process.

Team Charter
1. Describe the agreed goals and timeline of completion
The goals that were agreed upon includes creating a proper understanding of the advantages
and disadvantages of cloud computing in business.
2. Who is responsible for the activities
The entire project is executed by 3 members, member 1, member 2 and member 3.
3. What team roles will each member contribute to the team
The role of the team members are diversified and hence wise the project is executed.
Member 1 was responsible for creation of the designing and the framework and gain
knowledge regarding the topic. Concept regarding the basics of cloud computing is gained
and utilized by Member 1. Member 2 was responsible for performing the networking section
and hence wise gaining knowledge regarding the networking section. Establishing
relationship in between the network and gaining knowledge regarding the same has also
been the responsibility of Member 2. Member 3 was responsible for performing the data
collection and analysis. This helps in proper understanding of the fact that data that are
gathered will help in bettering the understanding process.
4. Expectation on meetings (being on time, leaving early, Missing meetings)
It is expected that that the team members will be quite active during the time of
meeting. This ensures that the team members needs to visit the meeting venue in time and
hence help in concluding the meeting in a better manner. Leaving early from the meeting until
the meeting ends will be prohibited. Missing of the meeting were also not tolerated and proper
justification is to be provided by the team members missing the meeting.
5. What process will be followed in emergency and cannot attend the meeting
In case of the emergency purpose, as per the norms, leaves will be granted. In case
the meeting is very urgent, usage of social media to perform real time meeting with the clients
can be performed. Or else the data that will be generated in the meeting will be passed on to
the members.

6. Team’s expectations regarding quality of the team members
It is expected that quality of the team members will stay in an equal wavelength and
hence wise proper assessment of team work can be made.
7. Expectations of team form team members in terms of cooperation, attitude and their
contribution
It is also expected that the team members will be highly cooperative in nature. Attitude
of the team members needs to be professional enough to perform properly.
8. How to ensure whether a team member is performing in a proper manner
The effort that is provided by the team member will be analyzed. The tasks that are
provided to them individually will be acting as their measurement of performance.
9. How to reward members who will be performing well?
Proper rewards must be provided to the team members who will be working sincerely.
This will be boosting his or her confidence.
