Introduction/Background
The paper mainly reflects on one of the construction company which is named as “PHL” that have
a strategic aim of increasing both the marketing as well as customer related services. This generally

market share. For making the strategic objective true, the organization makes a decision of redeveloping
the existing website. The main purpose of redeveloping the website is to successfully build a website
such that must be rich in contents including client testimonials, news related with the company, user-

more timely feedback to the various clients for improving the interaction of the company. It is found that as
PHL do not have internal department for redevelopment therefore the work that is associated with

The website redevelopment project will be completed within a number of phases by categorizing

Planning phase: In the planning phase, it is quite necessary to arrange for the meeting so that
proper conversation with the project team members can be made. After making conversation, the
proposal for the redevelopment of website is developed. The project manager will helpful in the
development of an agreement that will determine the project staffs. In addition to this, the contractor
selection procedure for designing website as well as selection of contractor for the project is mainly done
so that the work of website redevelopment can be done.
Website definition and design phase: In the website definition as well as design phase,
different types of ideas are collected and proper analysis on the collected data is mainly made. After then

cross-browser of the project is tested in order to get information about the effective optimization of the
website. In addition to this, web-built for the project is developed and the entire navigation structure for
