PART 1
The study analyzed the topic of public health service among the people of the local
catchment community. There is a sample of 60 observations has been conducted in this study.
The data of this survey has been selected with the help of a telephonic interview. There are
some questions directly, and some answers to the question can be divided into to Likert scale.
Some questions have been divided into five Likert scales. There are mainly two groups of this
survey. These are using the health service or not using the health service. With the help of the
telephonic registry and employment office, the data has been collected (Acharya et al., 2013).
In this study, the health condition of the local catchment community has been discussed. The
advantages of this telephonic data collection method are less cost, less time, quick data
collection technique. Similarly, the disadvantages of this method are respondent can hang the
call at any time that is after completion of the survey, body language and behavior of the
respondent cannot be observed, any visual technique or aids cannot use in this telephonic
interview method (Farooq & De Villiers, 2017).
A simple random sampling method has been applied to collect the data. Firstly the
sources of data collection have been selected then from these sources, a list of 60
observations has been selected with the help of a simple random sampling lottery method.
After this data collection, all the data has been divided into two groups. These are
used health services or not.
The limitations of this survey are the complex questions that cannot conduct this
survey; great questions cannot include. Moreover cannot force the respondent to deliver the
answer. There is a limited time or duration to call the respondent (Hofisi, Hofisi & Mago,
2014).
