Project Description
Project status report developed for the Dream Home construction project demonstrates
details of cost and time distribution. In order to complete the construction work within assigned
time and cost, periodic reporting to the supervisor is essential. The construction work will take
place in the riverfront location of Canada and in order to let the project team realize the activity
distribution throughout, a detail Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a Gantt chart is
presented. The status report will help the stakeholders and team associates familiar regarding its
status.
Status summary
The project will initiate from 25th February, 2020 and of all the applications are properly
done throughout then the project planning will be successfully completed within 27th March.
Though, the construction work will take approximately 14 months from March after the plan is
approved by the clients and project sponsor.
The project status report will be delivered to the clients with an interval of 3 months for
each. Respectively after completion of 25%, 50% and 75% of the project the status report will be
designed and deliver to the client and sponsor for final approval. The raw materials that the
project team will use to construct the dream home are also part of the project status report. Again
before final initiation of the dream home project each material will be tested. The project status
