Benefits of sustainable development:
• This concept help to attract the new visitors which helps to
enhance the national economy growth (Benur and
Bramwell, 2015).
• Improves in conservation of cultural and traditional values.
• Conservation of flora and fauna.

3.2 Factors affecting which hinder the sustainable
development.
This concept and process highly require huge number of
resources and fund to implemented into proper manner.
Overall, process gives wide impression on the economy which
helps country to adopt new changes and development strategies
growth.
Moreover, another factor which hinder the sustainable
development that is this process also waste so many resources in
terms of making the process working which gives negative
impact on the overall process.
