• The concept of sustainable tourism development is
approaching the higher economy rate of the country which
attract the number of visitors towards the country.
• This gives the impact of sustainable development.

Benefits of sustainable development:
• This concept help to attract the new visitors which helps to
enhance the national economy growth (Benur and
Bramwell, 2015).
• Improves in conservation of cultural and traditional values.
• Conservation of flora and fauna.

3.2 Factors affecting which hinder the sustainable
development.
This concept and process highly require huge number of
resources and fund to implemented into proper manner.
Overall, process gives wide impression on the economy which
helps country to adopt new changes and development strategies
growth.
Moreover, another factor which hinder the sustainable
development that is this process also waste so many resources in
terms of making the process working which gives negative
impact on the overall process.

In respect to look towards the present case scenario, there are
several factors in market that create impact to maintain
sustainable cultural tourism development.

In order to changes in global warming, different
modification required in climate towards Qatar.
It creates major impact on the tourism industry which
considered operations in different areas.
It impacts in great aspect to the travel and tourism industry.

Future growth with visitors

Tourism sector of Qatar determines different efforts that helps to
make innovations and creativity to attract several numbers of
customers.
It creates major impact on the management in sustainability in
tourism sector.
It considered barriers which need to solve to face other things in
Qatar.

Employment impact
Qatar considered famous destination in respect to
sustainable tourism.
Therefore, it considered several programs of event such as
Olympics, paralytics, etc.

3.3 Stages in planning for sustainability
Planning system
In this regard, planning required for create sustainability.
It is the best way to make successful results in Qatar success.
Refine business care
SWOT analysis also implemented to find profitability in Qatar.
Create vision
It is the best way to make long term vision with new resources.
