INTRODUCTION Cloud computing provide the facility of storing and accessing the data from the network server, with the help of cloud not needed to managing hardware and software because that's the responsibility of an knowledgeable vendor like Amazon web services and using cloud computing company avoid the owning and maintaining cost of their own infrastructure, one need to pay for requirement and service provider create or move your application on cloud and client just open the browser, login, and start using services. 1.Steps to migrate the cloud computing services Phase 1: Cloud assessment This is the first phase in which different assessment are done. First is financial one in which cloud infrastructure analysis is done and resources are determined. Here, cost of project is identified. Then, in security andcompliance assessment data security is complex issue if not understood properly. Hence, it important that you analysis the risks, threats and then classify the data into various other categories(Gai and et.al., 2016).Furthermore, to understand the cloud architecturally as well as strategically there is a technical assessment is needed. So enterprises determines that which cloud moves first while which one moves later. After that create a dependency tree that focuses on the various parts of the application that can identify upward as well as downstream dependencies to the another application and from that choose the right candidate for the cloud and after thatidentify those tools which can be reuse without dong any modification. Phase 2 Proof of Concept phase Once the right candidate is identified for the cloud and also estimated the efforts needed for migrate with a small proof of the concept (Gai and et.al., 2016).. The aim of this phase is to learn AWS as well as assure the assumptions regarding to the migration like migration is accurate or not. Here there is a need of aware of the security features of the AWS model. Here at this stage there is a concept called Build a proof of concept that focuses on the test functionality of the application in deeper sense. After this stage there is a far better visibility regarding to the AWS cloud s(Stergiou. and et.al.,2018). Phase 3: Data Migration Phase
There are various sizes that are considered for the storage option required as one sizes does not fit for all, So there are different dimensions required for the storage and also various tradeoffs required such as cost, latency, durability (Hill,ServiceMesh Inc, 2015). . Phase 4: Migration phase Application Here in this phase focused on the two migration Strategies first one is Forklift Migration strategy and Hybrid Migration strategy. Here the main aim is to how move the entire system to thecloudcomputingwithoutcreatinganydisturbancestotheexistingbusiness.Forklift Migration strategy enables to move the whole piece of system at one time and move into the cloud (Gai and et.al., 2016). It can enable the migration of data with the recurrence application within the cloud with only few codes changes. While Hybrid Strategy chooses to take some pieces of application and then migrate into the cloud by leaving some parts of the application within the place. Here rather than move from the entire application at one time it will move the application in parts and also optimises one at a particular time. This can be used in the large systems where various application involved. Phase 5: Leverage the cloud After the migration of the application there are some necessary tests That confirms that each and everything is working properly (Hill,ServiceMesh Inc, 2015). Phase 6: Optimization Phase In this phase the focus is to optimise the cloud based application to enhance the cost savings. A small step of optimisation can results into savings of thousands of dollars.

2. Crucial points and issues which need to be analysed in the steps Implementing the plan is a crucial for VideoDev, as migrating their web services to MicroService approach is a complex process which requires lots of attention while implementing the different phases of migrating the service (Puthal and et.al., 2015). During the migration of service there are various critical points which needs to be considered or the issues which may occur some of them are mentioned below: Phase-1:In the cloud assessment phase there some issues which may occur such as lack of development of IT security polices adopted by the company, if the policies are not effective it may result in an issue of breach or cyber crime. Another issues which may arise in this phase is technical issues like non-availability of applications to move into the cloud and inability of appropriate sorting of application in the cloud (Gai and et.al., 2016). Another issues may be inability to identify the right candidate for the cloud like the service components. Another issue which may arise is lack of proper tool which is required for the migration process like resources management tools, resource configuration tools, etc. Phase-2:Some issue which may arise in the phase are lack of development of proper security features for the process of cloud computing. If proper features are not develop it may result in the security breach which will make the data stored more vulnerable. There may be also lack of critical functionality of the application within the cloud environment and they may also be lack minimum data gathered for developing a model (Hill,ServiceMesh Inc, 2015). Phase-3:In data migration process they may arise problems of storage options as there may be many dimension which a company needs to consider for storing a data. Company may choose one size of data store which may not fit for all types of data (Puthal and et.al., 2015). Another issue which may be faced by the company is durability as this migration process may not prove feasible for the long term process of the company. Also, company may fail to recognise various storage options and choose the ideal one which may prove to be non-effective for the company. Phase-4:In application migration phase one critical factor which may be faced by the company can be moving entire system into cloud without interrupting their current business operations or services which are to be offered by the company to customer(Pulier, Martinez. and
(Xia.and et.al.,2016).. Also, hybrid migration strategy may not be effective for the company which may result in the loss of the company. Phase-5:In this stage there may arise an issue of inability of leveraging the elasticity as well as scalability for which migration have been made due to which company may not be able to take advantage of advanced features of cloud services(Stergiou. and et.al.,2018). Also, there may be failure making the cloud more automated which can result in the lack of elasticity at the different levels of application architecture. Phase-6:The only issue which may arise in this phase is unavailability of optimising the cloud based application which can prove expensive for the company in the long-run. So, making the cloud base optimal can be a critical factor for VideoDev(Chen. and et.al.,2015)
CONCLUSION From the above study it has been summarized that company can move all web application of VideoDev Ltd. on the AWS cloud (Amazon web services) and saving their ICT (Information and communication technology) maintaining cost. A big mistake is during the cloud migration can result in the loss of the organisation., For proper and successful migration you complete planning for migration process and it is also equally important for the company to minimise the issues which are faced during the migration process.
