medical insurance policies, technological training sessions to improve the skills, certification
reimbursement, and stock exchange plans. These offerings are very much impactful for the
employees working in this commercial establishment. These helps the employees to improve their
quality of life and improve the morale. Motivation of the employees are also boosted by these
offerings.

Uncertainties of all technological companies and the business risks of the technological
industries are the two most significant factors affecting the managerial decision making in this
organization.
2. Important to employees in their benefit plan at the subject organization.

Offerings from a commercial establishment in the form of a benefit plan is very much
beneficial for the perspective of both employees and employers. Employee morale and skills
