INTRODUCTION
Strategic agility is the important that is given to looking beyond measures that are consistently
necessary to monitor the business or an organisation. There are certain competencies that the
organisation will have to respond for and that can only happen once the company is enhanced by
changes and forces. The effect on a business can only correspond to the probability up to which
the company can move ahead in making the choices (Ahammad and et.al, 2020). The entire
report will deal with the policy of strategic agility and its importance in the industries. The
organisation that is represented in this report is OAK TREE. The organisation is the one that is
operating as a youth development association in collaboration with many authentic organisations.
The strategic performance of the organisation is put forth by the organisation McKinsey with
different ideologies that are highlighted.

The SWOT analysis of the organisation will deal with strengths weaknesses opportunities and
threats. The strength of an organisation will help it to analyse different circumstances that are in
regard to the development aspects of the organisation. The weaknesses in the organisation will
have to be rectified at regular intervals such that they will not act as barriers for growth. The
SWOT analysis with regard to organisation OAK TREE that are identified and are put forth by
the McKinsey company are as follows:
Strengths: the strength of this organisation is its employees who are said to be varied and are
recruited and the different streams (Doz, 2020). The management is empowered in such a
manner that the knowledge that is equipped in gathering information is regarded to be one of the
format that is worth cherishing. The company has wide Geographic presence and that is its main
point that is to be praised. The company also maintain good relationships with all the executives
of different companies such that the presence of its brand is found everywhere. The Global
partnerships of this organisation is said to be many and it is operating in almost hundred officers
in 50 countries all together.
Weaknesses: the weaknesses of the organisation are said to be those highlighted factors that are
to be taken care about at regular intervals of time. The weaknesses that fall in regards to the
