Introduction
It is a study of strategic analysis related to GlaxoSmithKline, is the type of joint venture with a
company named Pfizer. The strategic analysis in a significant practice as it helps in including the
research of the company and the business environment in that they work. Formulating strategic

GlaxoSmithKline is a multinational British corporation which has its headquarters in London
Brentford. The company was established in the year 2000 by merger of Glaxo Wellcome and
SmithKiline Beecham. Science-led global Healthcare Corporation had a distinct purpose which
helped in customer assistance, they believe in bringing higher quality and critical health care
products to various people same as their international business.
Pfizer is a multinational American pharmaceutical corporation headquarters in New York. It is
world’s foremost pharmaceutical corporations.
GlaxoSmithKline plc has made joint venture with the Pfizer Inc. to group their customer health
business into modern world, joint venture with combined sales of around 13.6 billion.
