This article summarizes various researches conducted on the theme of communication procedures used by leaders for the execution of strategy. It provides insights on how leaders can improve their communication techniques and operational performance. The article also highlights the importance of acknowledging self-serving motives along with society-serving motives for Corporate Social Responsibility programs. Additionally, it presents a framework for analyzing and developing leaders' communication competence and proposes models for transmitting vision and values through the language of the Chief Executive Officer.
