Initially the organizaiotn manufactured only trucks and supplied trucks to the Japanese army during the Second World War. However, today it is one of the biggest market players in the automobile sector and produces cars of different categories across 28 countries in the world. Current strategy within Toyota: The present organizational strategy has caused immense issues for Toyota.
