These thing are also leading turnover of employees in the company. Itmeasures the strategic human resources models, practices and theories such as resource basedapproach, Herzberg two factor, Maslow theory as well as Universal approach to solve problem ofstaff members in the firm. It also reveals the impact of strategic approach for management of peoplein the corporation. In addition, management of enterprise is providing flexible working hours alongwith leaves to employees which is providing reliability to them. SHRM models and practices likeMaslow and Herzberg two factor helps the organisation to motivate the people. Further, strategicmethods also contribute effective role to increase performance and productivity of employees in theorganization. This approach also aids the firm to reduce turnover of employees. 2
