The prime duty of the human resource department of the organization is to recruit the new or the fresher workers for the organization , training them properly, looking after their remuneration procedure and to take some administrative decisions for the department of the organization . Not only these but the other sector of the human resourcedepartment which is the line department is responsible for looking after the target of the revenue of the organization and the policies of the organization which will act beneficial for the organization or the trade of the organization . Thus it is quite clear that the human resource department of the organization holds and important part among the other organizational factors. Similar to the personnel department of the organization , if the human resource department of theorganization fails o deliver what is needed for the improvement of the organization , the department of the organization would not be able to get success in their prime mission which is to get to the top. Thus for the improvement of the organization or the trade of the organization , it is important for the department of the organization to maintain or follow all the needed guidelines which are needed for the improvement of the performance of the department or the human resource department of the organization . The strategic human resource department or theSHRM is another important part of the organization . The main or the prime task of the strategic human resource department of the organization is to prepare all the strategies for the recruitmentand the remuneration procedure of the workers of the organization .
