1.1 Importance of strategic human resource
management
Framlington Property Plc has to develop effective strategic
management policies in order to conduct their business activities
effectively and efficiently. HR manager of the cited firm have to
plan, visualize, monitor and analyse the activities which are
necessary for the business organization to achieve their desired
goals and objectives.
It further involves proactive management of employees within the
business venture. Mandy Mews who is the strategic human
resource director will focus on undertaking different actions
which will give their firm a competitive advantage over their
