The proper budgeting can control on currency exchange rates which can increase the price (Nilsson et al. 1-16) Inefficiency: There are several issues which can be faced by the firm due to lack of poor and inefficient workers. These issues can affect the productivity as well as the profitability of company. These issues can be overcome by dividing the work among the different employees appropriately. Culture: The culture changes as a person moves from one place to another. The values are vital for the success of business. The software and the way software interacts with user represent company. The company should sustain a favourable working environment to conduct business activities effectively and successfully.
