INTRODUCTION
Information system is used by organizations to interact with the technology to continue
the process in the efficient manner (Ajibola, 2020). This report includes the study of strategic
planning and SWOT analysis of the organization also the implementation of the IS within the
organization, the ideas for motivating the team to think creatively and risk assessment and it's
impact on the project.

The strategic plan is formulated to bring on detailed new untapped competitive
