To resolve these issues and challenges, Xero can use a cloud based accounting software
system within the organization (Krutz and Vines, 2010). Multiple function of ERP shall be
initiated by the firm to make better business operations. Apart from this, training and
development coaching sessions and programs shall be held by the organization to increase and
boost efficiency of the workers. It shall be stated that the company should modify in the ERP
system to gain competitive benefits. Apart from this, effective and dynamic accounting system
must be used by Xero to make a strong financial position globally. In this way, Xero is able to
accomplish its goals and objectives with staying in the competitive market.
Conclusion
On the above mentioned study, it can be concluded that strategic information system
plays a significant role in each and every company. No company can grow and explore its
business without using strategic information system within the organization. Here is the

accurate information due to lack of security.
The workers are unable to perform business operations well and effective way due to lack
of efficiency. Therefore, efficiency and effectiveness is the biggest issue in Xero. Due to
lack of efficiency, the clients are unable to use and access software (Torchiano et al,
2013).
Along with this, technical and file storage issues are dealt and faced by the workers
within the organization. If a consumer faces problems and issues, then consultants and
technical team is not available 24 hours in the workplace. This creates issues and
problems in the minds of customers. Apart from this, it is complex to find and identify a
specific accounting file from the records. Therefore, various challenges are being faced
by the management of Xero (Gallouj and Djellal, 2011).
Most of the accounting software and commercial software have become older due to lack
of accuracy. It creates enormous hurdles in the marketplace. It is assumed that all these
challenges are faced by Xero when implement business operations in the global market.
