Introduction:
The overall assessment aims in evaluating and recommending an accounting software for
Eureka Limited, where adequate business requirements, systems requirements, vendor selection,
and software selection. In addition, relevant evaluation has mainly helped in detecting the level
of software’s, which could be conducted by the company for improving their operations.
Additionally, adequate business requirements have been evaluated to identify the key business
process and the major control risk ha is affecting the operations of Eureka. Moreover, the
possible accounting software features and functionalities have been evaluated to identify the
major accounting software that can be used for improving the production process of Eureka.
There is an adequate selection process, where three accounting software is evaluated to detect the
level of accounting product that can be used by Eureka. Furthermore, relevant comparison
contrast has been conducted for detecting the functionalities of the two-accounting software
package offered by accounting software packages. Lastly, adequate information has been
provided regarding the most suitable software package for the company.
Business Requirements:
1. Identifying the key business process for Eureka Limited:
There is relevant key business process that is followed by Eureka Limited for ensuring
the level of productivity and revenues from operations.

The major key business process for Eureka Limited is the production and supply of
beverages, which can help in generating high level of income from operations. The company has
been generating high level of income by producing the beverages, which is sold from different
business, supermarkets and pub-chains. In addition, the organisation directly aims in producing
higher level of beverages, where continuous improvement in the current beverage conditions has
been conducted to support the demand from the customers. The company has witnessed mixed
fortunes over the years in terms of business, which has helped in improving the level of income
from operations and producing new beverages to the customers. The organisation has mainly
aimed in producing new products, which can help in generating high level of income from
operations. The continuous development of the new beverage product has been conducted by the
organisation, which has helped in maximising the level of products that could be provided that
period of time. The beverage of the company has been producing healthy drinks, which ware
currently in high demand from customers (Rainer, Prince and Watson 2014).
Financial analysis, reporting and capital management:
The second major business key business process of Eureka is the financial analysis
reporting and capital management that is been conducted by the management for securing the
business operations and profitability. The company has been maintaining a single accountant
who is responsible for keeping the records and preparing a relevant book, which can help in
depicting the key features of the organisation. The preparation of adequate financial books and
depiction of the actual financial performance is also an adequate process that is being maintained
by the management for generating high level of income from operations. However, the financial
statements of the company did not provide adequate information about the much needed
information to run the business efficiently. Furthermore, the financial performance of the
