If leaders are not there they company will not be able to handle issues and disagreement of employees. In such condition they will fail to implement modifications in business effectively hence it may find issue in gaining competitive advantage (Dahri, Amin and Waseem, 2019). Here are someleadership approaches - Democratic leadership– in this leadership theoryleader of the company give chance to the employees to put their thoughts, and they can talk with the leaders directly. leaders also give so responsibility in the employees on the lower level, and they understand their responsibility in the change management (Parés,Ospina and Subirats., 2017). Theyalso have to encourage stakeholder of the company to support company in their change management. Situational leadership- In this leadership, leaders of the company change the leadership types according to the situation in the workplace (Lynch And et.al., 2018) , it is important for the leaders to have high skills and knowledge in themselves. Coach type leadership- coach style leadership is one of the best leadership style in which leaders of the companybehave like coach with the employeesand leaded them to the golas and objectives of the company (Jooste and Kubayi., 2018). This all leadership styles will help leaders of the Barclaysbank to overcome prove the negative impact of change at their workplace. Managers of the company will also can support employees by training and development program. This will help them to get new skills for the task so they can understand the new task at the workplace (Cameron and Green., 2019).This will motivate them and employees will corporatethem. If leaders do not support employees or if they do not motivate people then employee’s resistance may affect success and productivity of bank badly. Leaders of the companylead employees to achieve goals, and they make vision for the company but manager of the company manage theactivities and control the risk at the workplace, so they both are different from each other. Corporate governance and polices practices at the organizationbring change at the workplace because Barclayshave to follow all the rules and policy which is made by their government (Olaka, Lewa and Kiriri, 2017).
