INTRODUCTION Strategic leadership is the capability of influencing another to involuntarily make best decision that increase the prospects for the enterprise's long term. Question 1 Dominant leadership:leadership is like a clear authority line which provide delegation power and along with this ability to control workers participation level in judgement procedures. In this way that an individually driven from of other leadership which is based upon the alignment, self- enrollment and alignment of an enterprise to a mission and vision led by an individual. It may be capable to delegate, encourage and allow involvement in varying degrees. This type of leadership style change and implementation of management. In this way define the leadership behaviours or telling person what to do. It is essential to maximising complexity and the duty of knowledge works which means that individual now plan all activities and their own work. They also make their own decisions. SAINSBURY PLC is the supermarket in Malaysia. This style is very important to provide business success and growth in an organisation. This style help to leader to identify various sources and factors. It is a human and task orientation functions.This kind of style is very beneficial for leaders as it will help in giving more focus to work. The manager of cited company is responsible for the all task and activity (Phipps, 2012). Every leader has their own unique specialisation and skills. And they needed to make the leap from a manager to an outstanding owner. In order to avoid the given traits leader of cited company use the dominant leadership style. Vision:It is a vision of a leader which will define hoe an enterprise will view in the future and how it will develop. In this way that leader clearly set out a policy and strategic plan of activity and communicate the equal to their staff members. Lead by examples:Cited company leaders are viewed as a role models and they influence the attitudes, thoughts and behaviours of others. They are live and self-driven what they preach. 1
Integrity:It is a one of the most important concept of a leader. Every person was born with a ability and conscience to know about what is wrong and right. Self-confidence:It is a best ability to company leader apply dominant leadership style. This is a best traits which support leader to manage all activity and task. This style manage of an organisation. In this way that workers was on strike and company leader control and manage conflict and misunderstanding with the support of dominant leadership. They help in implementing the changes by motivating employees. COUNCLUSION As per the above mentioned report, it can be define dominant leadership, which is very important to reduce conflict and misunderstanding between different employees.
