Strategic plan can be defined as a document which is generated
by organizations for the purpose of attaining long term
business goals. While planning to reach the targets it is
essential for management to make sure that effective strategies
are formulated by them. Present presentation is based upon
Tesco. Different topics which are covered in it are introduction
of organisation, key headlines, definition of industry, macro
environment forces along with SWOT analysis.

Cohen. Its headquarter is in
Welwys Garden City, England,
United Kingdom. It has almost
6800 shops around the world
where it is executing its
operations.
