Someof the features include a simple search engine that is accessible to every people. The peopleaccessing the information must have a choice to make comments have an option to postquestions regarding any type of query. These features can help in the effectiveimplementation of the knowledge management system that can help individuals in gaininginformation about a particular topic.Question 2: Strategies for measuring the effectiveness of the KMS in meetingorganisational objectivesThe purpose of implementing a knowledge management system within organisationsis to ensure that the members of an organisation attain appropriate knowledge. Themeasurement of this can be made by conducting an evaluation of the knowledge attained bythe employees. This can be done by providing situational tests that underline the knowledgegained by the employees.
