INTRODUCTION
Strategic administration is a continuous operation of planning, organizing, observation
and investigation of all essential elements within the organization in order to meet organizational
objectives and goals. There are various challenges that has been faced by the company in context
of business environment which requires constant assessment of strategies which leads them
towards success (Parameswar , 2019). Sustainability is a term which expresses that meeting the
company needs and there should not be any changes or modifications in the capability that can
be exercised in order to meet their personal needs and desires along with the fulfilment of society
requirements as well.
The report will include the perception of various authors on the topic related to global
challenges that has been faced by manufacturing sector in terms of climate, water and food crisis
which leads to poverty and inequality problems. Apart from this the study will also highlight
solutions that can be delivered by manufacturing sector which represent large and growing
market in order to innovate business.

According to Kuzlaeva, (2017) global issues are the problems that affects the people,
society and even affect the planet as a whole. Climate change is one of the clear example of
global problems because the consequences of humanly generated changes within the atmosphere
will effect different ways according to their region. The consequences are universal and does
affect the total population in long term.
Moreover, the Yakymchuk, (2019) states that, after the changes within the collective
behaviour of the society people, the climate conditions becomes better for life and thus prepare
the society in order to face such issues and take necessary actions towards them. The current
situation are completely that in integration with the economy, stance and behaviour of people
towards nature, political organization, technological capabilities and upon the usage of resources.
Solution involves not only the communities but also the involvement of cooperation between all
