Executive summary

Introduction
In operation since April 2009, Samsung Electronics has more than 100,000 representatives in
Vietnam operating from their assembly offices in the Yen Phong Business Zone in the Ninh Bac
area (Samsung Electronics Vietnam; SEV) and in the Pho Yen district. in the Thai Nguyen
region (Samsung Electronics Vietnam - Thai Nguyen; SEVT).
This year, both SEV and SEVT compiled the Vietnam "Commitments for Workers 2017" list,
which surveyed 74 organizations across Vietnam that have made an effort to achieve practical
development by bringing a positive workplace for their representatives. The two additional
elements were among the top 30 organizations that received a certificate of merit from the
Vietnam General Labor Federation (VGCL) for their outstanding performance.
The Ventures for Laborers ranking is based on a specific set of rules created by labor and
exchange experts. The models promise a close view of the actual practice and treatment of agents
in the organization across a broad range of principles, from professional preparation to
intellectual wealth. Special need is given to responsibilities that have better government support
for employees and enforcement of established laws.
Key challenges:
The group is addressing the problems caused by vulnerabilities in the areas of activity as well as
changes in the global macroeconomic climate. The biggest advertising challenge facing the
company right now is how to sell their Smartphone to hierarchy buyers. This is seen as the main
problem with Samsung hardware ltd. because current rating buyers do not trust your products. To
get over the current market, Samsung cannot overlook this segment of the market.
External environmental analysis for identifying opportunities and
threats
External environment analysis is a key input into strategy formulation. PESTEL is an outdoor
